My personal journey with bodywork has changed my life.  When I first experienced this type of work in the late 1990's I had been in chronic pain for years, and wasn't even aware of it.  I thought what I was feeling was "normal," and just a part of ageing. It wasn't until I completed the Hellerwork Series that I came to realize that low level pain isn't "normal," and being energetic isn't "unusual" or "special."
